WAW™ provides an unlimited range of games, using its own Software Development Kit (SDK), to build the necessary partnership alliances with third party game-developers to enhance its content, to acquire property rights of existing content and to make the content exclusively available for the WAW™ module.

Modularity

Intrinsic to the WAW™ system is the ability to provide Game Operators with a full range of possibilities and solutions, assuring that WAW™ “grows” with changing needs. WAW™ allows each Game Operator to parameterize the rules of the game and adapt WAW™´s simple functionality to individual requirements.

Versatility

Players can participate anytime, anywhere, in any game – from a broad selection that includes Sport Betting games, Lotto games, and Pick.

Connectivity

WAW™´s flexible architecture enables it to be connected to any system via a simple interface layer. The different modes of operations Online, Batch, Offline – allow transfer of bet transactions and all the required data between the WAW™ and the Gaming System based on the Game operator´s choice.

  • Voice- VoXML

Technological highlights of WAW™

Front End Modular Approach
Front end specifics, dependent on the particular access technology, are modularized and communicates with a set of stable objects which provides the business behavior of the engine as a whole. Then, new front-end technologies could be incrementally added at low cost over time.

Architecturally Neutral
The architecture is flexible enough to act as a plug-in to a wide range of back-office architectures communicating with it in the way that makes the best sense for the business; from a fully online to a fully batch interaction with any possible combination in between.

Environment Isolation
The transactional front-end communicates with the back-office thru a controlled set of Application Program Interfaces conventions and physical interfaces; the transactional capability could be provided independent of the actual status of the back-office environment and it actual geographical location or system windows.

Fault Resilience, High Availability and Scalability
The selected technologies and supported platforms inherently provide an extremely high degree of resilience to failure and high standards of availability. At the same time, the providing infrastructure could be scaled as the transactional volume dictates.

Object Technology
The product has been made with strong reliance on the object oriented technology, as such existing objects could either be directly involved in a customized solution or new objects could be derived from them to address specific requirements at low cost.

Industry Standards
Platforms and enablers used are widely accepted industry standards enabled to run on many different vendor platforms and with guaranteed levels of support.

Security and Controllability
All functions provided by the product rely on access verification, audit traces and business transaction certification.

WAW™ Architecture

WAW™ Internal Modules – Functionality Description

WAW™ is divided into the following modules:

WAW™ system handles transactions gathered by wireless online channels. The system, specifically designed for this purpose, transparently interacts with MultiGame online system.

A short description of the tasks assigned to every WAW™ component is shown below.

Multi Channel Front End

Front End application offers a separate module for each implemented channel. All these modules are adapted to every channel particular characteristics and communicate with the Business Transaction Modules through a common interface.

UP ^

Communication Channel Modules

For every supported channel a communications module is required to establish and maintain a connection with the selected Service Provider. This connection will allow the system to receive remote requests in a suitable format to be transferred to the Business Transaction Management Modules.

UP ^

Business Transaction Management Objects

Business Transaction Management Objects lay at the core of the WAW™ subsystem. They are specialized modules dealing with every functional part relevant to the system: users, bets, notifications, payments… Every object offers a set of standard methods (add, remove, update) available to other components.

UP ^

Management Front End (GUI)

A Management application is provided in order to configure and control the way the WAW™ system behaves. This application is based on the current Multigame Management application (MGGUI) and tailored to specific WAW™ needs.

UP ^

Payments Conciliation

Payment conciliation is a critical part of the system. Different approaches may be provided depending on the final product customization regarding payment methods allowed for each one of the input modules (SMS, IVR or WAP) based on Service Provider agreements.
